Flying X Ranch Partnership and RV Lot for Lease - Bob Pritchard
We have two partnerships and RV lots and want
to lease one. The partnership is the normal lease. The lot
is in Left Hand Canyon, on the southwest corner of the intersection of
Trail Road and Left Hand Canyon Road. Look for the blue plastic
barrel.

It is one of the largest lots in either canyon.

No nearby neighbors. The nearest RV is about 100 yards away.

Like all canyon lots, you have to bring in your water. There is no
septic. Most folks use the ranch bathrooms at Pottyville or the
cabins.

Cattle wander through the two canyons in parts of the year. They
leave their droppings and can damage RV’s. This lot is outside the
cattle guard, so it has no cattle visitors.

Electricity is included in the lease.
